During the exchange, Huang An, Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center of Fujian Province, stated that Fujian and Indonesia share close geographical ties and longstanding business connections, providing a strong foundation for cooperation. He emphasized that the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce will continue to build high-level platforms for economic and trade collaboration, actively strengthen follow-up services, and promote more practical achievements in areas such as industrial investment, educational exchange, and cultural globalization, further advancing the development of the China–Indonesia community with a shared future.

As a leading enterprise focused on green energy and advanced manufacturing, Cherry Solution (CHERRY) participated in the event as a representative of innovative Chinese companies. Dr. Chen Cuiqin, Co-Founder of CHERRY and a Fujian native entrepreneur, introduced the company's core strengths and long-term cooperation vision to the delegation.

Dr. Chen shared CHERRY's progress throughout 2025 in working closely with local Indonesian governments, major energy companies, and real estate developers on integrated solar-storage-charging island microgrid systems. Discussions have also focused extensively on next-generation microgrid applications driven by the future expansion of the low-altitude economy and electric vessel adoption. She noted that CHERRY is building a comprehensive hardware and software Windows-based platform for various zero-carbon microgrids, aiming to realize "Power to X" energy integration solutions. The company has already launched small-scale demonstration projects in Indonesia and looks forward to accelerating the introduction of efficient, intelligent zero-carbon energy experiences to support local energy optimization and transformation.

Representatives from the Indonesian side expressed strong interest in the technologies and solutions presented by the Chinese enterprises. A representative from Indonesia's Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs stated that Indonesia is actively promoting the development of special economic zones and industrial upgrading, and warmly welcomes Chinese companies to bring advanced technologies and investments in areas such as renewable energy, digital tourism, smart healthcare, urban landscape development, and international education. The representative added that Indonesia's special economic zones will provide favorable policies and strong platform support for foreign investors.

A representative from Indonesia's State Secretariat further explained that the Secretariat plays a key role in overseeing Indonesia's special economic zones and actively supports the development of industrial parks across the country. The government continues to enhance policy incentives and investor services, particularly through tax incentives and one-stop administrative services, in order to create an efficient and transparent business environment for companies investing in economic zones.

Liu Dewei, representative of the Indonesia Entrepreneurs Asia Trade and Tourism Economic Council, emphasized that the Indonesian government places great importance on economic and trade cooperation with China. He stated that Indonesia will strongly support collaboration in three key areas: industrial manufacturing, bilateral investment, and logistics. He also stressed that beyond government-level promotion, industry associations and business organizations must play an important bridging role in facilitating information exchange and resource sharing. During the meeting, he immediately assigned a dedicated project coordinator to follow up on future cooperation opportunities.

This exchange meeting not only established an efficient communication platform for enterprises from both countries, but also demonstrated the shared determination of China and Indonesia to deepen industrial cooperation and promote common development. Both sides agreed that under the opportunities created by the Belt and Road Initiative and the upgrading of the China–ASEAN Free Trade Area, the two regions possess strong industrial complementarity and broad cooperation potential. They expressed confidence that this exchange would serve as a new starting point for accelerating project implementation and opening a new chapter of bilateral cooperation.
