Our Services
With rigorous inspection before assembly, there is little chance of individually broken cells. After production, all the batteries are tested by sophisticated electronic instruments before being sent to customers. If you receive a battery with a broken cell, we promise to resend a new one for free, as it's difficult for batteries to break down under general use, unless man-made damages.
